Warranty Claim Requests

AER Supply products are backed by some of the best warranties in the business; each product group comes with its own (manufacturers) warranty guidelines.

Complete written warranties are available by contacting AER Supply.

To request warranty consideration, please contact AER Supply at 1-800-767-7606. To expedite the procedure, please have the following information available:

·  Product type

·  Serial Number

·  Date of purchase

·  What type of boat?

·  What year was the boat build?

·  What is the nature of the warranty claim?

If a warranty return is recommended, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please send the product back to AER Supply following the steps outlined in our Return Policy section.

Upon receipt of the product, our warranty and service department will evaluate the product to determine whether it is covered under warranty, if a repair can be done or if a replacement needs to be ordered. You will be contacted as soon as this determination has been made.


Return Policy

In order, for us, to accept returned merchandise and consider warranty eligibility you need to apply to the following guidelines:

·  All returns must be approved prior to return and a Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained and referenced when goods are returned. All goods should be returned prepaid, unless otherwise approved by AER Supply. A return Authorization number must be obtained by calling the service and warranty department at

1-800-767-7606, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CT Monday till Friday.

·  When calling for a Return Authorization, please provide the AER Supply order or invoice number on which the items being returned were purchased. A RA cannot be issued without this information. A copy of the original packing list or invoice should be enclosed with the goods being returned, and the reason for return should be indicated.

·  Defective goods will be accepted anytime during the products warranty period and will be processed in accordance with the product’s warranty. See our warranty Request page.

·  To avoid a minimum 10% restocking charge, you must call within 30 days from the date of the invoice, and the items being returned must be send to AER Supply within 21 days from the date a RA number has been issued. If you do not call within 30 days, or if you do not return the items within the 21 day time period, goods returned will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge subject to inspection

·  All non-defective items being returned for credit or exchange must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Credit may be disallowed or additional restocking charges may be applied pending review.

·  We will not accept returns after 90 days from invoice date.

·  Non-stock, special order items are non-returnable.

·  Only those items for which a RA has been issued may be returned.

·  Goods returned to AER Supply without proper RA may be returned to the sender The sender is responsible for all freight and handling charges

·  COD Shipments will not be accepted.

When making a return, the Return Authorization number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package or on the shipping label. Please ship all returned items to:
